6. Your Content & Profile Information

By uploading content (photos, bio, details) to Palki Matrimony, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to use such content
• Grant Palki Matrimony a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform for matchmaking purposes
• Acknowledge that we may remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice
• Understand that other verified members may view your profile information

We reserve the right to review and moderate all profile content to ensure compliance with our guidelines and applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Palki Matrimony platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Palki Matrimony and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Account Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
